Developed accurate 3D CAD models and technical documentation of industrial fire extinguisher products for engineering documentation and product modernisation.

Project Overview

Dimensional accuracy was the governing requirement: the models feed product documentation for life-safety equipment.

Engaged by Alann’s Advertising Agency as a 3D modelling consultant on a remote assignment to reconstruct the product range of Intime Fire Appliances. No CAD data existed for the range, so each product was reverse engineered from supplied references and written specifications — proportions, fittings and inter-component relationships reconstructed to match the physical article.

Deliverables fed product design documentation and the client’s modernisation programme rather than marketing material, so geometric accuracy took precedence over visual appearance. All models were verified against the accuracy and quality standards defined by the client and delivered to schedule.
